You can retrieve your password from our system using the link on the login

To retrieve your password you need to provide the correct email address used
during registration process.

Adding your CV
Can I manually enter my CV directly into the system?
Yes, when entering your CV you have the option of either uploading a copy
from your computer, or manually entering it to the site.
I don't want to re-type my CV, Can I just upload my CV?
Yes, you can upload your CV via the "CV Settings" section in the navigation
section.
Currently supported file types are .doc .pdf .rtf .html .htm .txt
and the
maximum file size is 5000kb.

I only want my CV to be visible to employers that I choose, is this
possible?
Yes, tick the box the top of the page in the "CV Settings" section.
Student Profile
How I change my personal and contact information?
Simply click "Account Settings" on the navigation bar to change you personal
and contact information (e.g. Name, Telephone Number, E-mail address etc.)
How do I change my password?
Simply click "Account Settings" on the navigation bar and scroll down to the
password section.
Can I hide certain information from employers?
Yes, in the "Account Settings" section you have the ability to hide your
name, address, location, telephone number and email from employers.

What is a Private Message?
A private message is a message sent directly to an employer via our website.
This is a message only the employer can read. As the message is sent via our
website you email address is hidden.
How do I send a Private Message?
When viewing an employers profile, simply click on the "Send Private
Message" link.
What are message templates and how do I use them?
Message templates save you time and effort as they allow you to send the
same message to several recipients without the need to re-type each individual
message. This is an extremely useful tool for creating a cover letter that is
sent out when applying for a job. To create a message template, simply go to you
inbox via the navigation menu, click on templates and click "Add New Template".
You can choose between a normal message template that you can use when
appropriate, or you can create a cover letter template.
The Cover Letter is the message which will
be automatically inserted in the Cover letter section of a Job Application, so
you don't need to re-type the cover letter each time you want to apply for a
job. Only one template message can be the job application Cover Letter.
What is the rejected employers list?
The rejected employers list is the list of employers you have chosen to
ignore. Unless you remove them from this list the employer will not be allowed
to contact you.
Bookmarks
What is a bookmark?
A bookmarked job is a job you have added to your bookmarked jobs list,
allowing you to easily find the job at a later date.
How do I bookmark a job?
You can bookmark a job by clicking the 'Bookmark' link at the bottom of the
job description page.
Searching For Jobs
How do I find a specific job?
Click 'Find a Job' on the navigation bar at the top of the page. This will
take you to the search form. Simply enter the attributes required and click
search to reveal all the relevant job listings.
I can no longer find a job I seen on
you site [x] days ago, Where has it gone?
If a position has been filled, the employer may remove the job from our site
at there discretion. Please contact the employer for more information.
Jobs By E-mail
Can I receive updates on jobs that
are relevant to my CV?
Yes, you can receive email notifications of relevant jobs on a daily or
weekly basis. To change your preferences, simply click on 'Jobs by Email' in the
navigation.
I don't want any more emails sent to
me regarding new jobs. How do I stop them?
To change your preferences,
simply click on 'Jobs by Email' in the navigation.
Applying for Jobs
How do I use the "Apply Online"
feature?
To apply for a job via the our website, simply use the form at the bottom of
the job description. Please note this feature is for registered users only.
Can I apply for a job using a method
other than applying online?
Depending on the employer, you can apply buy telephone, post, direct email
and via the employers website.
